This is perfect!  I want to get more in to raw foods as I feel great when eating raw plus it agrees "so" well with my blood sugar (I have type 1 diabetes).  Buying the foods can sometimes be challenging on the budget.

many yrs I've aimed for a raw food diet, costs always play a vital role, plus a family who eat SAD, tis easy to maintain my regime in Summer moths not so in the cold Winter months, looking forward to the learning curve.

I still cannot access any homework assignments (where it says turn in your assignments) beyond week 2 at this point. Can anyone help me? or has the same problem? Thanks

Today I made flax crackers and the dehydrater will halp to keep the house warm that is a savings.found that I like the best pate ever on it and make it into pizza. O and I have left out the cashews and add dulse rolled in cabbage leaves.

Ever since 3 about the kids are grown I'm so glad I took the time to become people as I'll never be able to again with those particular kids.When you are in a position to attend people took a lot of thinking of my part. Sometimes I got to organize just after conception for meals on those days/evenings.Chores were always planned before you start. Second Chance

I am looking forward to the 28 day program on Raw Foods. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by Thanksgiving and to sustain that weight for life. I thank God for Brandi.
